Meet Kim

Wife, mother, & Breast cancer survivor

Bravery for Days Co. was started by Kimberly Edgerton, a breast cancer survivor with a passion for nurturing people. In addition to spending time with her family, she loves crafting, cooking, and reading. Inspired by her journey, Kim has adopted butterflies as her personal symbol of hope and transformation.

While finishing her treatment, she and her husband received news that he would require a double lung transplant. It was at this moment that Kim pivoted from focusing on her own care to acting as her husband’s primary caregiver.

Reflecting on her own long days at the hospital for doctor appointments and immunotherapy infusions, starting very early in the morning, and her husband’s hospital stays, Kim thought about the little comforts that made it easier to bear those challenging moments. The result is Bravery for Days Co.’s signature care packages, which include some of the items Kim personally relied on daily and knows will be useful for others facing their own journeys.
